Latin American Cultural Centre Sydney
Centro Cultural Latinoamericano in Marrickville celebrates Latin American heritage through art, education, and community events. Connecting people of all backgrounds in Sydney.
Acknowledgement of Country
Centro Cultural Latinoamericano acknowledges the Gadigal and Wangal peoples of the Eora Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, work, and create here in Marrickville, within Sydney’s Inner West. We pay our deepest respects to their Elders past and present, and recognise their continuing connection to Country, culture, and community.
We honour the strength, resilience, and wisdom of First Nations peoples and acknowledge that this land was, is, and always will be Aboriginal land. As an organisation dedicated to cultural diversity and inclusion, Centro Cultural Latinoamericano stands in solidarity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, learning from their traditions and values to promote respect, reconciliation, and shared understanding among all peoples.
